This series is inspired by the fusing of all components in our lives into one. Dark, light, colour, sadness, fun, movement, stillness, dreams and reality.
All of our experiences fuse into one. The fusing of all emotions, feelings, experiences and our journeys create who we are…..a fusion of many colours, reflections, shapes and forms.
Each one of my pieces is hand-crafted from recycled perspex, collected from manufacturers discarded off-cuts. Within my practice I aim to divert this plastic from landfill by repurposing it and creating a new life in the form of wearable art. This pair of earrings are a one-off, and they come packaged thoughtfully in a velvet lined box.
