I want you to enjoy and love your purchase. I will do my best to provide accurate product information and photographs that represent the goods on offer. Due to the nature of handmade work and the difference in screen and monitor resolutions, goods may differ slightly to the product photo. Please get in touch with me if you have any questions or concerns before you make your purchase, as I cannot offer refunds for goods due to change of mind. Nor do I offer refunds if bought as a gift and the product is not to the recipient’s taste. I also cannot accept refunds or exchanges on earrings (for health reasons) and sale items.

All goods are condition-checked before sending and are packaged thoughtfully. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your goods and I will assess the best option - be that repair, replacement or refund. I cannot provide a refund or exchange for items that have been mishandled. Instructions for returns procedure will follow once you contact us. Please contact me within 14 days of purchase if you wish to exchange your goods. Any subsequent shipping costs associated with exchanges are at your expense.
